Our purpose To inspire the world to give more than we take to enable all people to enjoy good food, well-being, and togetherness – today and for generations to come. Changes that produced positive results One important task in 2022 was to translate the updated strategy from words into action. It also included embedding our new vision, our new purpose and our new values in the organization, and integrating our three sustainability goals in all parts of the business. It is pleasing to see that large parts of the organiza- tion have made them their own and actively involve them in their daily work. Vision for 2030 In 2030 we have achieved full circular- ity. We passionately lead our industry towards a world where we give more than we take. With care for our planet and our well- being – we create joyful, safe, and easy-to-use solutions for all people t o embrace food, togetherness, and design.
